The following are the recommended steps for periodic verification of the rubber hardness tester:

 

Depending on the frequency and importance of the use of the hardness tester, it is recommended to conduct a periodic verification every 6 months to 1 year.

 

Select the verification standard: Select a standard test block or standard material with a known hardness value as the verification standard. The hardness value of the verification standard should match the range of the hardness tester.
