Programmable Three Zones Thermal Shock Test Chamber for Plastic and Rubber Material
Thermal Shock Chamber is an effective tool in subjecting products to a thermal shock test. Thermal Shock Environmental Chambers have a product carrier basket that automatically transports a product under test between separately controlled temperature zones. With built-in viewing windows, users can easily observe the product as it’s transferred between different temperature zones. Thermal Shock Chambers come in a variety of performance configurations to meet specific testing needs.
QTS3 series air-to-air thermal shock chambers circulate cold, hot, or ambient air as needed. The conditioned air is pre-cooled or pre-heated beyond the set point, allowing quicker recovery of the desired condition after transfer, call Mr. Andy Dai 0086-13450058229 or email q1@q1-test.com ask for price.
Q1-Test thermal shock test chamber is used to test products in alternating extremes of high and low temperatures in order to observe changes in product characteristics and failure occurrence.
QTS3 Features:
1.Automatically setting of pro-cooled and pre-heated air.
2.Testing samples don’t move, cable port is available for power on testing.
3.Powerful interactive touch screen controller, easy operation and setting
4.High accurate temperature recovery with PID auto tuning
5.Auto defrost function
