Semi-automatic Impact Tester XBZ-300A with impact energy 300J and 150j
Brief Introduction:
XBZ-300A semi-automatic impact tester is used to measure the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load, so as to judge the properties of materials under dynamic load.
The absorption energy of the sample is obtained by the way that the difference between the potential energy before the impact of the pendulum and the residual potential energy after the impact is displayed on the dial.
The maximum impact energy is 300J, and a 150j pendulum is attached. The cross section of the specimen used is (10 × 10) mm. This machine has large impact energy and is suitable for ferrous metals with high impact toughness, such as steel and its alloy.
This machine is a semi-automatic control testing machine. It is controlled by electric appliance to lift, impact and release pendulum automatically. It is easy to operate and has high working efficiency. After breaking the sample, the residual energy is used to automatically lift the pendulum and prepare for the next impact test, so its advantages can be better reflected in the continuous impact test laboratory and a large number of impact test departments such as metallurgy and machinery manufacturers.
The main body of the machine is made of cast steel, which makes it rigid and stable in the whole test process, strong impact resistance, not easy to deform, accurate test results and long service life. It adopts high torque clutch and high power motor, which makes it more stable and vibration free when taking out and releasing swing.
The machine is developed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB / T 3808-2002 inspection of pendulum impact testing machine, and the impact test of metal materials is carried out in accordance with the national standard GB / T 229-2007 Charpy pendulum test method for metal materials, and in accordance with JJG 145-2007 verification regulation of pendulum impact testing machine.
If the structural form is changed and the relevant parts are replaced, the requirements of American Standard, European standard ASTM E23, EN 10045, ISO 148, ISO 83 and other relevant international standards can be met at the same time.
