Fast Fourier Transform Integrated Portable Vibration Meter iKV-3000B
Brief Introduction:
Vibration meters measure the velocity and acceleration of industrial machinery by observing its vibration. These meters are used for shock and pulsation checks and preventive maintenance. They evaluate equipment like compressors, turbines, conveyors, motors, and more.
The iqualitrol iKV-3000B is a portable vibration meter used for on-site mechanical vibration measurement and analysis applications.
iKV-3000B uses Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to transform time-domain signals into frequency-domain signals for analysis, which can quickly determine the cause and location of faults.
This instrument uses an ICP accelerometer to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. By processing and analyzing the input signal, the acceleration peak value, effective value, velocity effective value, and displacement value peak value of vibration measurement are obtained.
iKV-3000B widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, electricity, metallurgy, and vehicles.
