Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol JMHVS-10AT Vickers Hardness Tester features a novel and attractive design, with a test indenter that can move up and down, making it especially suitable for testing large-sized workpieces. It also offers good reliability, operability, and intuitiveness.
JMHVS-10AT uses computer software programming, a high-magnification optical measurement system, and sensor closed-loop control technology. The software allows the selection of test force and dwell time, and supports hardness value conversion.
On the color touch display, it can show the test method, test force, indentation length, hardness value, test force dwell time, number of measurements, test results, and data processing, with output via a printer.
The iqualitrol JMHVS-10AT equipped with an automatic indentation image analysis system, capable of photographing and measuring the tested indentations and the material's metallographic structure. It is suitable for measuring the Vickers hardness of tiny or thin specimens, surface plating layers, and for determining the Vickers hardness of brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, agate, and gemstones.
