VP-430 vibratory polishing machine can minimize the wearing of the sample, eliminate the surface stress and bring excellent flatness with less stress deformation.
VP-430 is an ideal preparation equipment for EBSD (backscattered electron diffraction), AFM (atomic force microscope) & SEM (scanning electron microscopy) analysis and Nano indentation or micro-hardness testing.
The equipment is particularly suitable for surface polishing on soft and ductile materials such as Titanium, Aluminium, pure Copper and Copper alloys, Aluminium alloys, steel and Nickel-based alloys.
