IQUALITROL iSonic-3 Ultrasonic thickness gauge measures thickness based on the ultrasonic pulse reflection principle, and is mainly used to measure the thickness of hard materials, such as metal materials of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, chrome alloy, and non-metals of plastics, rubber, ceramics, and glass.
The instrument is widely used in various fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, electricity, boilers, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, and aerospace.

The instrument is developed based on the Android platform, and realizes a variety of intelligent detection functions on the basis of meeting traditional measurements.
This instrument is equipped with a 64-bit ultra-high-speed quad-core processor, large-capacity EMMC memory, IPS high-definition color screen, front/rear camera, GPS positioning system, wireless transmission system, alarm vibration motor, microphone, stereo speakers and other data processing equipment, which can easily realize audio/video recording, measurement report recording, and curve icon measurement.
The measured data is analyzed in various ways such as numerical values, trend charts, bar charts, monitoring limits, stereo alarms, and human voice broadcasts.
