Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol new CHBVST-250Z was designed and manufactured according to standards GB/T 4340.2-2025, ISO 6507-2, ASTM E384, GB/T 231.2, JJG150-2005 verification procedures, and standard EN ISO 6506, while also accommodating both Brinell and Vickers measurements, greatly improving practicality.
CHBVST-250Z adopts a closed-loop load control system, ensuring high accuracy of test force and excellent repeatability and stability of readings.
Significant enhancements have been made in terms of optical performance as well as structural stability and durability, providing good reliability, operability, and repeatability. It is an ideal instrument for testing Brinell and Vickers hardness.
CHBVST-250Z utilizes programmed control, a high-magnification optical measurement system, and an optical dual-channel structure, along with new technologies such as photoelectric and optocoupler sensors. Through touch screen operation, it can directly measure the indentation length, display hardness values on the screen, convert scales, set test force, maintain test force time, and record the number of measurements.

Main Functions and Features:
1. Touch display screen can show the test method, test force, upper and lower limits of hardness value, pass/fail prompt, measure indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, number of measurements, and allows input of year, month, and date, as well as test results and data processing;
2. The main interface can display the load-force vs. time curve in real-time;
3. The system comes with a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of input error for each test force to calibrate the instrument;
4. Can store up to 100 sets of test data, displaying the average value and number of tests on the main interface;
5. The main interface can simultaneously display 4 conversion scales and switch among: national standards (GB/T 33362), American standards (ASTM E140), and international standards (ISO 18265);
6. Features diagonal length memory function; after shutdown, the diagonal length is automatically remembered, and measurement can be performed directly after powering on without re-zeroing;
7. Test data can be exported directly via built-in printer or USB (optional).
